Limited Edition Chanel
To celebrate the opening of their second L.A. store on Robertson Boulevard, Chanel will be releasing four limited-edition nail polish colors in honor of the City of Angels. Said to be inspired by pop-art, sun and surf, the polishes, appropriately called Melrose (pink), Rodeo Drive (purple), L.A. Sunrise (yellow), and L.A. Sunset (orange).

Chanel is going GOLD for its Fall & Holiday 2008 makeup collection! The classy line finally goes flashy under Peter Philips, Chanels new creative director of makeup. Sooo I know you can’t wait to get your toe nails did with your fanger nails matching in either Fall’s Gold Fiction and Kaleidoscope or the Holiday’s Haute Chocolate. Chanel will also release a gold lip gloss, gold highlighting powder, & black eyeliner with gold sparkle (of course…!). Coco Chanel’s personal apartment on Rue Cambon is said to be the inspiration for the makeup collection.
